We do not sell or trade your personal information. We share details only where necessary to complete your transaction — for example with our tow operator, or with Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency for ownership notification — or where required by law.
Storage and security
Enquiry details are stored securely and access is limited to staff who need it to process your job. We keep records only as long as needed for our business and legal obligations.
